Broadcast<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Faithful Stewardship - Part 4\n Luke 16:11-12\n 08\/06\/2026\n\n\n 11 If then you have not been faithful in the\n unrighteous wealth, who will entrust to you the\n true riches?\n 12 And if you have not been faithful in that which is\n another's, who will give you that which is your\n own? (ESV)\n\n The things of this world are temporary. Nothing lasts\n forever, not even the earth and sky. How we use the things of\n this world shows how we approach the eternal gifts of God.\n\n Jesus asked His followers:\n If then you have not been faithful in the unrighteous\n wealth, who will entrust to you the true riches? And\n if you have not been faithful in that which is\n another's, who will give you that which is your own?\n\n\n Because we desire to seek first the kingdom of God and His\n righteousness, we prayed:\n Let Your merciful ears, O Lord, be open to the prayers\n of Your humble servants; and that they may obtain their\n petitions, make them to ask such things as shall please\n You.\n\n\n Often we are selfish in our use of our time, talents, and\n treasure because we are afraid of the future. As we seek to\n fear, love, and trust in God above all things, we come to know\n that even when we are dealt a devastating blow such as a personal\n disaster, He is with us and will care for us.\n\n Thus, as we can so do, we give of our time to help others by\n volunteering at the Hospice, or in coaching little league, or\n serving at church or in the community. We use our talents, not\n for our own enjoyment, but to bring joy and comfort to others.\n We visit the sick, we provide meals for those who are in trouble,\n we hold the hands of those who mourn.\n\n May our Lord grant us the wisdom to recognize the\n opportunities to serve Him by serving our neighbor.
