My heart faints within\n             me!  (ESV)\n\n        Job's words echo the joy that Christians have that Jesus'\n   tomb is empty.\n        For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he\n        will stand upon the earth.  And after my skin has been\n        thus destroyed, yet in my flesh I shall see God, whom I\n        shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not\n        another.  My heart faints within me!\n\n\n        Job was correct that his only Redeemer and Advocate was God,\n   Himself.  Jesus Christ, true God and true man, the only-begotten\n   Son of the Father, is that Redeemer and Advocate for all people.\n\n        How are we assured that Jesus' death and resurrection are\n   for each of us?  The inerrant, perfect Word of God declares that\n   God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son as our\n   ransom from sin and death.  Jesus, Himself, gave us the assurance\n   of baptism.  He nourishes our faith with His very body and blood.\n   He causes us to be declared holy and righteous as we confess our\n   sins.\n\n        Samuel Medley, the hymn writer, spoke of the joy of Easter.\n        He lives, all glory to His name!\n        He lives, my Jesus, still the same;\n        Oh, the sweet joy this sentence gives;\n        I know that my Redeemer lives!&#91;2]\n\n\n        You can learn more of the hope of life everlasting through\n   Jesus Christ by joining us at Trinity Lutheran Church this Sunday\n   morning at 9:00 a.m.  This message of hope, this comfort of the\n   Redeemer is for you.
